6.6.29 Develtment of carchmaters

The programme of works referred to

by Mr. Henderson is flagged in 52819/28.

The

development of these catchwaters is not a part

of the Aberdeen Scheme which we have approved

not

and has been put forward as a specific

proposal for immediate action by the Governor.

There would, however, be no harm in Mr.

Henderson discussing any technical details connected with them with the Crown Agents, although there is not much object in his

discussing them with us.
